This machine performs a fully automatic leak test on assembled water meters.

An in feed conveyor draws parts into the machine where a walking beam pick and place mechanism transfers parts from station to station.

The first test is an indirect vacuum decay leak test on the outer casing of the assembly. The second test is a high pressure, pressure decay leak test on the main chamber of the meter.

An outlet conveyor feeds parts out of the machine. Any failures are automatically diverted and quarantined.
