This machine sets the accurate opening and closing of a fluid valve at a pre-set temperature and then roll forms the assembly to lock it in position. Water at a controlled temperature is pumped to flow over the valve sensor (Bi-metalic coil). After a stabilisation time the machine measures the position of the valve by a laser sensor. The valve orifice plate is then rotated by a stepper motor drive to a position that matches the valve.
